After we take a deep dive into your story, order and review your laboratory studies, your personalized treatment plan will address the following:

  • Nutrition

    Food is medicine. We believe food has a fundamental role in health and disease. Your dietary choices are crucial in optimizing your metabolic state. Our dietary recommendations will vary depending on your unique situation, but a whole foods diet will be the foundation of all of our food plans.

  • Movement & Strength

    We don’t just want you to live longer, we want you to live longer BETTER. Exercise has been shown to increase life expectancy, but even more compelling is the recent data showing a correlation between muscle strength and longevity. We will discuss how movement and strength both play a role in chronic disease reversal and prevention.

  • Sleep

    Sleep is vital to restore and repair our bodies. Research has shown that only 1 in 3 adults get the recommended amount of sleep. We will discuss quality and quantity of sleep, and work with you to help you harness this important “superpower”.

  • Stress Management

    Mental and Physical Stress have an enormous impact on our health. We will discuss the role that stress plays in your life, and how it impacts your hormonal cascade. We will work together to make sure you have mechanisms in place to minimize the impact that stress has on your health and your longevity.

  • Social Connections

    The importance of relationships and social connections are often overlooked. We were wired to connect from the beginning of time. Fostering healthy relationships increases resilience, and leads to an improvement in physical and emotional health.

  • Supplementation and Medication

    While we prefer to “de-prescribe”, sometimes supplementations and/or medications (including Bio-identical Hormones) can be effective tools to help you reach optimal health. Any medications you are currently taking will continue to be prescribed by your PCP or specialist. Per your request, we will keep them updated on your progress and involve them in any decision to adjust your medication regimen.
